For more than 30 years I have been painting professionally, trying to redefine the African American legacy in America. My art has been professionally recognized in print, films, and exhibits, such as Lest We Forget (National Geographic Society, 2005) and We Troubled the Waters (Harper Collins, in press).

It is my pleasure to bring to you a small portion of more than 100 paintings and etchings that I have done over the years.
